Train to Moscow

We said, "good-bye" to Elena and Sergei this afternoon, and started our journey to Moscow.
Vika with our driver Sergei

Vika did great on her very first train ride.  After today’s 4 hour train ride, I’m thinking a 10 hour plane flight will be manageable.  She did that wonderful!!!
We did lots of different activities to keep her occupied…Thanks Grandma!!
This is the sweet Russian lady who was so kind and talked to Vika.  She kept saying how much we look alike.  :) Then as we were about to get off the plane, she asked if she could give Vika a Russian sucker in the shape of a rooster.  Of course, I agreed and Vika loved it.  Not to mention, it was a perfect opportunity for her to practice SUCKING on it, for the plane ride, as she just bites them, and trying to explain to a child who understands lil’ English how to suck is like trying to teach them to use a straw.  lol (still haven’t gotten that one taught).  *hint hint*  I’m hoping Mady, Emy and Makya will be able to “show” her, Thursday night.
Vika has her Embassy Doctor’s appointment tomorrow morning at 7am.  As long as everything continues to go smoothly, we should be all set to come home on the 22nd!
